How to place an order online

From the e-store menu, you can discover the new arrivals or choose a specific product category. You can refine your search by selecting colors, materials and models. After adding the products you are interested in to your shopping bag, you can check your selection, modify it and proceed directly with the purchase.

To complete your order, simply indicate the shipping address and the address for the delivery receipt and choose a payment method.

Information on products and sizes

The e-store offers a wide selection of products from the latest Re&x collections. The catalog is updated regularly with new arrivals. If you do not find the product you want to buy in the e-store, you can contact your nearest Re&x store using the "Store locator" function or discover other similar products. For more information on sizes you can consult the Size Guide that you will find on the product detail pages.

Payment options and taxes

We accept payments through major credit cards and other payment methods expressly indicated on this website. The amount of the Products, if not Pre-Order and / or Personalized, will be charged only after we have verified the details of your card , together with the sending of the relative confirmation email and their shipment, according to the payment method chosen by you.

The amount of any Pre-Order and / or Personalized Products will instead be charged in advance of their shipment, in any case only after that we will have verified the details of your card and at the same time as sending the Confirmation Email of the related order.

The total amount of the order includes shipping costs where applicable, taxes and duties.

Order proposal

The purchase procedure will end by selecting the appropriate final order confirmation button, thus validating the order proposal made.

A copy of the same will be sent both to Re&x and to the e-mail address you provided in the purchase form.

Once the order proposal has been confirmed by you, its content can no longer be modified. Before confirming the order proposal, you must read and accept the General Conditions of Sale published on this website, saving them on your device or print them.

Please also fill in the mandatory field relating to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy. If you do not receive the e-mail of the order proposal within 24 hours from the moment you have completed the purchase, please contact us to verify that the order has been correctly received.

Order confirmation

The Order is confirmed only when Re&x sends the confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the purchase form.

Re&x will send you a confirmation e-mail for each Product as soon as it is ready to be sent. The e-mails will contain a confirmation and an order summary relating to each Product ready to be shipped, such as: description and information about the product, including those relating to the total price of the order, taxes and any shipping costs.

Pickup in store

Orders placed online, personalized or not, can be collected directly in our store.

To choose this option, select "Collect in store" from the list proposed in the Menu. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, you will receive an email notification from print and present in the shop at the time of collection, together with the identity document.

From the moment of the email notification, the goods will remain available for collection for ten days. If after this time the withdrawal has not yet taken place, we will reserve the right to cancel the sale by giving due notice but we will use the right not to refund the amount already paid (only for custom orders).

Delivery time

Please note that Orders are generally delivered within 7 working days from the time the order confirmation email is sent from Re&x.

For Pre-Order Products and/or Custom Products not yet ready for shipment at the time of placing your Order, Re&x will deliver these Products by the last estimated delivery date, ie 3 (three) weeks from the sending of the relative confirmation e-mail for the Personalized Products, and 8 (eight) weeks from the sending of the relative confirmation email for Pre-order Products.

As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of the DHL courier. We remind you that the courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and requires a signature upon delivery.

Cancellation or modification of the order

Pursuant to our General Conditions of Sale, once submitted, an Order cannot be further modified or cancelled. In any case, if you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to ask for detailed information.

If the order has already been shipped, please consider that you can still request a return by following the instructions in the "Returns" section.

No cancellations are possible for permanently customized products given the definitive nature of their customization, which we expressly carry out according to security reasons we cannot change the products of the order or the shipping address or the address for the delivery receipt. However, should you find any errors in the data provided, please contact our Customer Service.

How to make a Pre-Order

You have the possibility to pre-order a selection of articles before their commercial launch or their distribution and placing on the market. All the articles for which it is possible to make a pre-order are expressly indicated on this site, and reported here as "Pre-Order Products" or as "Pre-Order".

You can purchase these items and receive them by the estimated date specified on the Product description page within 8 (eight) weeks of sending the confirmation e-mail. Pre-order also contains products not in Pre-order, items will be shipped via multiple shipments as soon as they become available for shipment.

The amount relating to Pre-order Products will be debited in advance, at the time of sending of the relative confirmation email from Re&x, although said Products are not yet ready for shipment. The amount of any Products not in the Pre-order will instead be charged to their shipment and context.

How to place an order for customized products

Shipping methods and costs

The shipping method is selected by the customer from the appropriate drop-down menu and the relative amount is displayed in the cart. Our courier cannot ship to post office boxes or post office addresses.

Track the shipment

A DHL tracking number will be assigned to each relevant shipment. You will receive this number by e-mail, along with the link to check the delivery date.

When the delivery takes place

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. Since the courier will require a signature, we recommend that you choose a shipping address where you or a trusted person will be available during the day to sign upon delivery of the order, DHL will leave a notice and a number to call.

The products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered. In the event that a product is equipped with a security tag, the return of the product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or tampered with.

Products with permanent personalization cannot be returned , considering that these products are permanently modified and specifically customized for our customers.If you have encountered a problem with the items ordered but do not wish to return, you can contact Customer Service.

Return request

Furthermore, inside the order package you will find a paper return form containing all the information necessary to request its return and for shipping. Before proceeding with the return it is important to check that the return complies with the conditions indicated above and in the Conditions of sale.

Return shipping

To make a return it is necessary:

  4. activate a collection request from DHL by sending an email to rex1998.business@gmail.com, specifying the address, telephone number and date chosen for the collection of the package, which will be confirmed by DHL (excluding weekends).

Following this procedure, DHL will collect the package at no additional cost. Otherwise, the return costs will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the returned product. Once the return has been established, the amount of the returned goods will be credited to the same instrument used for the return. payment. The return takes about 7 days. Refund times

Once the package has been received, we will check the integrity of the items before accepting the return and authorizing the refund.
